This luxury beach villa is located within walking distance of 2 beautiful beaches (one of them is a back-up site of the yearly Surf World Cup), close to Ericeira, 30 minutes from Sintra with its magical monuments and 45 minutes from Lisbon airport. The area is very quiet with a few neighbors. The property comprises 5 rooms, living room and kitchen located around the terrace and pool. Below the deck area there is large ping-pong / games room, where you also find mountain bikes, beach games, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. for free use.

This unique villa has 3 suites (each with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 rooms sharing a further bathroom. The large living room leads onto an open space kitchen, both facing the terrace with the pool. A vacations dream, with all rooms and compartments benefiting from a stunning sea view, ample spaces, clear tones and plenty of natural light! The house’s architecture makes each room/suite an interconnected area easy to circulate, either between themselves or the community areas, like the living room/kitchen and pool area. Suites and Bedrooms access are restricted depending on the size of your group: a group of 10 will have access to all 5 bedrooms, while a couple will have only one suite available. Obviously there are NO other guests besides your group! All rooms have a sofa/divan which can be transformed into a further bed. Baby cots can be reserved in advance. The pool is great for taking a dip and sunbathing, it’s the center of the house with easy access from all rooms, located in a wide terrace facing west with great sun exposure the whole day long. The living room has a honesty bar, very nicely stocked with a selection of great Portuguese Reds and Whites, as well as some aged Whiskies and other specialties, to make it a unforgettable night! Events are allowed (upon agreement). We offer catering (seafood, fish, meat), decoration as well as dj/sound service, if you want to organize a party for your group and want to invite other friends who are not staying at the promises. There is Free parking inside the property (two cars) and some extra public parking in the street. Beside the 2 beaches are within walking distance, a car is recommended, as markets, stores and restaurants are located in the nearby Ericeira (+-15 min. drive). Pets are not allowed, the house is a strict no-smoking zone.
