The Arriba apartments (arriba means cliff in Portuguese) are a prime oceanfront location in the north end of Ericeira's center overlooking the North Beach (Praia do Norte). Walking down to the North Beach and the neighboring São Sebastião beach takes you just a couple of minutes. Food stores, bakeries, coffees, bars, restaurants and nightclub are all close by. You won't need a car if your intention is to surf and stay in Ericeira.

Arriba II is a second floor roof top apartment, reached by a wooden spiral stairway. It was refurbished lately and has a unique oceanfront location. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double-bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed for 2 persons. An open space kitchen with a large dining table and a living-room with cozy sofas are the indoor center. For your entertainment you find a flat screen TV with cable TV and Netflix and WiFi from a fiber-optic Internet connection. The oceanfront terrace is furbished with wooden furniture, including a chaise lounge, sun-chairs and table. A large umbrella shields the whole terrace and the barbecue invites for cooking Al Fredo dinners.

"Nice apartment - right on the sea front, with view out to sea and along the coast. Easy parking right next to it. There are two good sized bedrooms and a smaller room with bunkbeds. The living space is good and leads onto a nice terrace which was well furnished. Herwig was really attentive and we had a great stay here. Ericeira is a nice place with a few nice shops and eateries. If it's your thing, plenty of nice surfing beaches on the doorstep Overall, highly recommended."

The apartment is exactly as described & shown in the pictures, was very clean upon arrival, and has everything you need. The location is quiet at the edge of the village, but all amenities such as beaches, supermarket, restaurants are in walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine on the terrace while watching the sunset :) Communication with Herwig was perfect, he was always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place to others and stay again."
