The North beach is just down the street, restaurants, bars and shops are also within a very short walk. 4 Surfing beaches with 7 breaks (South beach, North Beach, São Sebastião Beach and Matadouro Beach) are reachable without needing a car.

The modernly styled house has a ground floor with living room, kitchen and a bathroom(WC). The sofabed in the living room is for 2 persons. In the first floor are 2 bedrooms, each with double beds and a bathroom with WC and shower. The attic has a third bedroom, also equipped with a double bed.
