Antique refurbished 3 story house in the historical center of Ericeira. Close to bars and restaurants (less then 5 minutes walk) but with enough distance to enjoy quiet nights. That's except when once a year a Fado concert is held on the stairway and square in front of the house. There are parking spots in front of the house and a large parking lot within a couple of minutes walk. Two beaches are also within a short walk range: Fisherman beach under 5 minutes and North beach under 10 minutes walk.

The newly refurbished house has the characteristics of the traditional Ericeira down-town homes, which have a rather small front but go pretty far back and therefore having a nice size (150m2). The ground-floor has a living room, convenience bathroom, kitchen and a small patio with barbecue area. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. There is also a bathroom with bathtub. The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds a bathroom with shower and an open space loft with one pull out bed for 2 and a sofa-bed, also for 2 persons. The house has free WiFi and Cable TV.
