Gipsy on the Move is a mobile surf school, always in motion searching daily for the spot which offers the best condition for holding the lessons.

The school is always on the move, it runs literally on wheels, seeking the best “secret spots”. It's equipped with a Mercedes Sprinter 413 van was duly modified to ensure comfort and fun. It’s equipped with sound system, IPod, PC, DVD reader and Play Station 3, a Mercedes Vito and a specially made Trailer transports the necessary gear such as boards and suits.

The school concept of searching for new places and experiencing new spots is an evolving project. The school’s technical manager, Ulisses Reis, (a snowboarder and a surfer since 1977), is duly credited by the Portuguese Surf Federation (FPS). Through his international experience, namely in Australia where he lived for 15 years, he learned the importance of bringing Nature and Environment awareness into teaching this sport.
