Ribeira Valley Surfcamp
Once you leave any of Ericeira's beaches towards the inland you are immedeately surrounded by a landscape of deep valleys and rising hills from the sea. The whole area is dotted by small villages and farms with strong rural traditions.
This is where the Ribeira Valley Surfcamp is located. It's a short 3 minutes drive from the well known Ribeira Beach. The Ribeira Valley Surfcamp is the homebase of the "Gipsy on the Move" surfschool.
The surfcamp's school guarantees quality teaching with special attention to safety. The surf lessons are planned daily by the surf monitors, taking into consideration the surf level of the participants and weather conditions. The qualified instructors speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. If there are no waves at Ribeira, you have the “ Gipsy on the Move" vans to move around and to get to the best surf spots, traveling relaxed and comfortable.
